When we immigrated to Mallorca in 1997, we started working with construction companies and architects as clients. During those first few years, we experienced several renovations and constructions, and we were surprised by the lack of transparency and communication that characterized many of these companies.

 

That’s where our idea came from: to do it better. We started planning, with the aim of forming a team made up of technically exceptional, honest and friendly professionals.

 

In 2008, Kuhlmann & Partner was born. We spoke to many people who had already built or were in the process of doing so, and heard countless stories of misunderstandings, poor communication, unclear billing, and even fraud. From the beginning, it was clear to us that we wanted to, and could, do it differently.

Today, we are a team of approximately 14 people, committed to offering outstanding construction quality and customized solutions for highly demanding projects. We supervise each project and construction site on a daily basis, maintaining fluid and direct communication with our clients. In addition, we overcome any language barriers when interacting with authorities, architects and suppliers.

 

Over the years, we have built a solid infrastructure, including a large fleet of machinery and vehicles, which allows us to execute projects of any magnitude efficiently and on time.
