When the owners of this chalet in Costa d’en Blanes contacted us to request a complete renovation and expansion of their bungalow, as well as the construction of an infinity pool with a large terrace and a guest apartment on the lower level, our first goal was to bring together the architects and the owners to carefully plan the construction process, avoiding unpleasant surprises and delays.

Transforming a 1970s single-family home into a modern Bauhaus-style villa was a challenge that required precise planning and meticulous execution of the plans.

The biggest challenge throughout the various phases of construction was the steep slope of the land, which required the use of special conveyors to lift construction materials to over 20 meters in height.
