Project goals:
In this project, we faced a building of great architectural and historical value, with the additional challenge of transforming its former industrial use into a livable space. The main goal was to convert this place into a comfortable and functional home while respecting and enhancing the original elements we had. We worked with great care and attention to avoid damaging the existing structure, while striving to highlight its architectural value.
The result:
The result is a house divided into two floors. On the ground floor, a large double-height opening was created, allowing visitors to immediately admire the imposing space on the first floor, with its columns and wooden ceilings. The furniture and lighting are practically the only elements that define the layout of the living space on the first floor, achieving a modern style while adapting to the context.
