The style of the house can be described as a modern finca design – clean lines, warm materials, and an open, welcoming architectural concept. The approximately 300 m² of total space are arranged in generous living areas that occupy about half of the surface and flow seamlessly into one another, creating an airy and light-filled atmosphere. The house is complemented by a spacious garage, one third of which has been designed as a separate guest area, offering visitors a private space to retreat. On the south side, the terrace opens up to the pool, perfectly integrated into the overall design and forming the heart of the outdoor area, ideal for relaxation and a Mediterranean way of life.
