Project goals:
Our current project, located in the southwest of the island, is the dream project of a horse lover and involves the new construction of a villa with a large swimming pool, terraces, several outbuildings, and technical rooms.

The process:
The style of the house can be described as modern finca style. The open-plan areas are arranged to form a harmonious layout over an area of approximately 450 m². The first floor offers views of the horse meadows and the surrounding countryside.
